Mark Finn – Founder & Director

Mark has spent almost three decades directing professional and personalised insurance broking, risk management and financial services.

Mark is the founder of Gensure. His objective was to create a service-oriented and solution-focused business that brought together finance and insurance professionals to devise and implement streamlined solutions for their clients.

Over 30 years working in insurance, Mark can provide in-depth knowledge of the insurance market, an extensive network and professional advice to meet the needs of businesses across all industries with a particular focus on creating affinity based insurance.

Luke Eagle – Director

Luke has established a number of specialised insurance solutions under the Aviso All Points group, out of which Gensure operates as an authorised representative.

Luke holds a bachelor of Business Admin majoring in Industrial Relations, as well as a diploma in Insurance. Luke’s time at Allianz demonstrated a diverse skill set as he specialised in commercial distribution, strategy and management across underwriting and workers compensation departments. From there, Luke moved to a specialised insurance broker, where he recognised opportunities to improve management and commercial operations to great success. Luke is an innovative leader who seeks out efficient solutions through incorporating technology to provide modern solutions to a traditional industry.

Our friendly and motivated team Leader is your best point of contact for partner/ distribution enquiries. Luke is also a Director on the board of Run DIPG, a charitable organisation dedicated to improving treatment outcomes for children diagnosed with DIPG (diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma).

Helen Ramsay – National Claims Manager

Helen has over 25 years General Insurance experience across both underwriting and broking. Helen hold an extensive knowledge of the local and international insurance markets, built through her time with the biggest international broker in Australia and the UK and having serviced multinational companies.

Helen’s current area of expertise is client focussed. She is also highly regarded for quickly achieving successful results and obtaining the best outcome for our clients. Helen holds a Tier 1 Certificate Insurance Broking with the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance (ANZIIF).

Our reliable and highly-driven Claims Manager is at the top of the food chain in the claims department and will guarantee any claims queries are answered in a timely manner. Helen will work hard to ensure our clients receive everything they are entitled to in the event of a loss.
